You know…through all of my years in the recording industry, I was always amazed on how eclectic and how wide ranging the Italian-American community of recording artists have been. Consider this…from the operatic voices of Mario Lanza and Bocelli, to the consistency of the recording career of Frank Sinatra, then becoming a major force in Rock-N-Roll with doo-wop artists such as Johnny Maestro and The Crests, Dion and The Belmonts, Vito Piccone & The Elegants, and of course The Four Seasons with Frankie Valli. Now the arrival of contemporary artists such Lady Gaga and Madonna…trail blazed by the godmother of pop music, Connie Francis. I couldn’t resist creating this show for all music lovers.
