This Saturday night’s special guest is Bob Cowsill, who is a band member of “The Cowsills.”
The Cowsills was formed in 1965 with Bill, Bob, and Barry Cowsill as its members. As the band became more well-known , more family members joined the band such as their siblings John, Susan and Paul and their mother Barbara.
The band was an inspiration for the plot of the 1970s television show The Partridge Family.
Cousin Brucie often gets requests from his amazing audience to play the band’s hit songs on his show. Some of their greatest hits include “Hair,” “The Rain, The Park, and Other Things,” “Indian Lake” and “We Can Fly.”
Bob is very excited about new projects and stage appearances that are in the works. This includes “The Cowsills Podcast,” The Happy Together Tour, The Flower Power Cruise and “Rhythm of the World.” New music is on the horizon too. You can hear all about it when he joins Cousin Brucie on Saturday, May 15.
