Singer Peter Noone is visiting Cousin Brucie this Saturday night on the “Cousin Brucie’s Saturday Night Rock N Roll Party” show. He is the founding member and lead singer of “Herman’s Hermits.”

The band’s biggest hits include “Mrs. Brown You’ve Got A Lovely Daughter,” “Silhouettes,” and “Wonderful World.” The group was named “Entertainer of the Year” twice in Cashbox magazine and had various hit songs that topped the charts. Peter and the band were featured in several films such as “When The Boys Meet The Girls” and “Hold On!”

In 1971, Peter left the band and just two years later the band reunited to tour in the United States.

Peter pursued a solo career where he went on to record singles, release an album and make a guest appearance on The Sonny and Cher Comedy Hour show on television.

Cousin Brucie looks forward to interviewing Peter this Saturday night on WABC MUSIC RADIO!

Cousin Brucie will take requests and dedications live on-air! The call-in number is 800-848-9222. You can also call in for your chance to win Cousin Brucie merchandise such as a Cousin Brucie t-shirt and a Cousin Brucie hat as well as CDs and DVDs from my friends at Oldies.com.

Tune in on Saturday from 6 pm-10 pm! Don’t turn the radio off after Cousin Brucie’s show is over because the “Saturday Nights with Tony Orlando” show comes on right after from 10 pm-midnight. It is going to be an amazing night!
