This Saturday night’s special guest is JOHN KUSE of The Excellents.
John Kuse is the lead singer and founding member of the musical group. The band’s members joined forces in 1960 to form a group whose original name was The Premiers. John Kuse’s brother George was a band member as well.
The Excellents’ hit song “Coney Island Baby,” was an instant favorite for many. Cousin Brucie has said that this song has been one of the most requested songs on his show.
