This Sunday night’s edition of “Ramsey Mazda’s Sundays with Sinatra” will be a celebration of Black History Month!

Since the early days of his career, Mr. Sinatra always admired many African-American artists performing during that time.

As Mr. Sinatra’s fame grew, he insisted on working with incredible talent like Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald, Sammy Davis Jr., Nat King Cole and Lena Horne.

One of Mr. Sinatra’s greatest influences was Jazz great Billie Holiday.

And some of Mr. Sinatra’s most memorable recordings are with legends like Quincy Jones and Duke Ellington.

The mutual respect between the genius of Frank Sinatra and the genius of the early entertainers of color, is historic and appreciated more today than ever before.

This week on Sundays with Sinatra, we focus on this brilliant collaboration and of the social justice warrior that was the man, Sinatra…

Please join us this Sunday night from 6PM-8PM on wabcmusicradio.com, 770 AM, or on the 77 WABC app!
