Hello Cousins!
This week’s special guest on Cousin Brucie’s Saturday Night Rock & Roll Party will be Chris Montez!
Rock and Roll, Pop Standards -seasoned with a bit of Latin. I just described my next WABC visitor- Chris Montez.
Chris was born in Hawthorne, California. (Beach Boys). He was influenced by the success of Ritchie Valens combining Rock and Roll with a Latino-beat (Chicano Rock). Chris
Studied music composition at El Camino College. He got the World dancing with his Chart Topping hit “Let’s Dance”.
In 1966 Chris captured the airwaves again with “The More I See You” and “Call Me”. Chris is an award winning advocate for promoting healthy living and had been recognized nationally for his awareness programs.
This talented and caring Star will visit the Cuz this Saturday 7/16. You are invited.
