I’m so excited, because the theme for the show this Saturday night is called ‘58 to ‘78.
See, I thought it would be a great idea to cherry pick the Number One records from ‘58 to ‘78, that’s 1958 to 1978. Imagine 1958, that’s when we started playing our music on 78 RPM’s, then to our 45 RPM’s, and then finally to our 8 tracks and then CD’s! LOL.
Now we download & stream our music! Saturday night will be great night of music as we hear how music and record making change over those 20 years! Come take the journey with me, a journey I call ‘58 to ‘78 (that’s 1958 to 1978), playing only the Number One records of those amazing musical decades that some consider some of the greatest EVER over 2 decades for Pop, Rock, and Rhythm and Blues!
