They’re going to be rememberin’ September… All night long.
Lionel Richie announced that he will be hitting the road once again, and will be joined alongside his friends in the legendary ‘Earth, Wind & Fire’ for the “Sing a Song All Night Long” Tour ride.
The four-time Grammy winner took to Live Nation’s social media platforms to discuss the upcoming tour.
Richie stated:
“Well my friends, the time has come to announce a tour. Not just any tour, but the tour I’ve been trying to do for years … and now it’s going to actually happen…”Sing a Song All Night Long” Lionel Richie, Earth, Wind & Fire together on the same stage, and I’m inviting you to the party. So join us! This is the place you need to be.”
The tour is slated to kick off August 4th in St. Paul, Minn., making stops in major cities including Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles.
Fans will have a chance to get their tickets to the North American leg starting on Tuesday, March 7, with the Citi card member presale. Cardholders will be able to purchase tickets from March 7 at 10 a.m. local time through Sunday, March 12, at 10 p.m. local time. General on sale begins on 3/13 at 10 a.m. local time on ticketmaster.com.
