Hello friends!
This Saturday night, my guest is BILL MEDLEY of THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS, and his newest Righteous Brother,
BUCKY HEARD! And BUCKY will be debuting his new album, produced by one of my professors who taught me SO much, my brother and my professor, BILL MEDLEY.
Again, I say this with great pride and excitement…THE RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS are my guests this Saturday night! You know folks, when BOBBY HATFIELD was alive, he recorded hits not only as a RIGHTEOUS BROTHER, but also on his own with recordings such as the unforgettable “Unchained Melody”. BILL MEDLEY also recorded on his own at times , as he did with the classic recording “Peace Brother Peace“and “Time Of My Life“ with a righteous sister, JENNIFER WARREN!
So, this time BILL MEDLEY decided to produce Bucky Heard’s new album , his RIGHTEOUS BROTHER and friend! I believe even BOBBY HATFIELD would say what a righteous album this is! So, we will so very proudly play the new solo album by the newest Righteous Brother, BUCKY HEARD, this Saturday night!
And as for the set list for this weeks theme, I decided to frame the interview with records sung by the greatest Righteous Brothers and Righteous Sisters, who have ever made records! Examples? Well, how about Sister MARIAH CAREY with the Brothers, BOYZ II MEN, and Brother LIONEL RICHIE with Sister DIANA ROSS, or Sister PATTI LABELLE ,with Brother MICHAEL MCDONALD?!
