Legendary Singer & Music Legend Gary Wright has passed away at the age of 80.
According to reports, the singer, who is known for his hits “Dream Weaver”, “Love Is Alive” and others- passed away following a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease & Dementia.
Sources say Wright’s son confirmed that his father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 5-6 years ago, which was soon followed up with a Lewy Body Dementia diagnosis soon after that. Sources also confirmed that Wright’s son stated that in the days following up to his death, the singer had lost his ability to both speak as well as move.
Gary Wright passed away surrounded by friends and family. We are sending love and prayers to them all today.
