Hello everyone!
This Saturday night, the show is all about ALL of artists who are inductees of the NEW JERSEY HALL OF FAME! Yes, we all know who The Jersey Boys are, you know, the GREATS like…FRANK SINATRA, TONY BENNETT, FRANKIE VALLI, TOMMY JAMES, and BRUCE “THE BOSS” SPRINGSTEEN.
But, there are also The Jersey Girls like … DIONNE WARWICK, WHITNEY HOUSTON, CISSY HOUSTON, the great singing group THE SHIRELLES, and DEBORAH HARRY…just to name a few!
So, I can’t tell you how honored and humbled I am to be inducted into the NEW JERSEY HALL OF FAME, this Sunday, October 29th! Yes, that’s this Sunday, the day after our show airs! This event will be hosted by the great DANNY DEVITO! What an honor to be inducted by my long time friend, and former boss, the legendary CLIVE DAVIS, along with my friend DIONNE WARWICK…a friend of mine for over 50 years! A dream come true day for me to be with such incredible members of this Hall Of Fame!
Also, CONGRATULATIONS to the incredible PATTI SCIALFA, who is also being inducted and of course is one of the greatest musicians and singers to ever record, and working side by side on stage with her husband “The Boss” and Legend BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN!
WOW!! I am so humbled and grateful to be part of such an incredible group of iconic legends and former inductees of the NEW JERSEY HALL OF FAME!
I am now and forever grateful! In case you are wondering, I moved from NYC to Union City, NJ when I was 14 years old. I lived in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ until I moved to Los Angeles, CA to start my television series Tony Orlando and Dawn CBS variety show when I was 28 years old!
So this Saturday night, the night before this great honor, I’m so proud to play all the hits provided by The Jersey Boys and The Jersey Girls who all have been inducted to the NEW JERSEY HALL OF FAME!
