This Saturday night, I’m honored to say that these two greats are friends of mine. Here is one thing we had in common…we all came out of singing groups! KENNY and THE FIRST EDITION, LIONEL and the Commodore’s, TONY and DAWN…. So, this Saturday night I have the privilege to honor and pay tribute to my pals LIONEL RICHIE and the late, great KENNY ROGERS. Their solo careers, their singing group days, and their duet days with their first ladies… being the likes of DIANA ROSS and DOLLY PARTON. And also I’ll be playing “TUSKEGEE,” Lionel’s platinum album, featuring the greatest country stars of our time singing with Lionel his greatest hits… Willie Nelson, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Shania Twain, Rascal Flatts, Darius Rucker, Jimmy Buffet, Tim McGraw, and of course, Lionel Richie and Kenny Rogers do a duet that is heart-pounding!
