This week on Bulova Sundays with Sinatra, we will be LIVE from the WABC Oscar Party!
This Sunday night, it’s Academy Award night.
We will be playing all Frank Sinatra ‘Movie Music’ for the entire program!
Frank Sinatra knows what it is like to host the Oscars, to be nominated for an Oscar and how to win Oscars.
Mr. Sinatra was the recipient of the Academy Award for ‘From Here to Eternity.’
He also received an honorary Oscar for ‘The House I Live In.’
And from ‘the Academy,’ Mr. S. received the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award in 1971.
We will also hear Francis Albert’s acceptance speech and his opening remarks when he hosted the Academy Awards.
